With winter and the holidays fast approaching, I find myself longing for a cup of hot chocolate! This mix is made from 3 simple ingredients and healthier than the store bought packs of hot cocoa.

Prep Time: 2 mins Total Time: 2 mins Yield: approx 10 servings

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup coconut milk powder
1 cup coconut sugar

INSTRUCTIONS
Sift all three ingredients together and whisk together.
Add 3 Tablespoons of hot cocoa mix to one cup of water. (You can add more cocoa mix if you prefer.) Stir well and enjoy!
